Service Sales Executive

Your Opportunity:

 

A great opportunity has arisen within our fast-paced Aftersales team, to support the ever-growing maintenance sales team.  You will work closely with one other Service Sales Exec. to meet the business target for maintenance sales covering UK and Ireland. 

 

It will be your mission to:

  • To support the UK Aftersales Department in converting maintenance contracts and actively pursue the sales of maintenance agreement within our client base on a rolling basis before warrantees/current contract expires.

 

  • Process Purchase Orders when received from customer

 

  • Compile maintenance contract renewals and new contracts.

 

  • Chase up outstanding contracts with customers.

 

  • Investigate delays in invoicing service contracts with customer and credit control.

 

  • Maintain the quote register and follow up on outstanding orders.

 

  • Reporting on new systems that have come out of warranty and contact prospect with maintenance offerings.

 

  • Work with the other Service Sales Executives to ensure all contracts are loaded on to the SVMX systems within a reasonable time, updated and maintained.

 

  • Be responsible for Automotive Service Sales Invoicing.

 

  • Look to continually improve and make suggestions on how service offering can be improved in line with the business objectives.

 

  • Provide secondary support to the Aftersales Department in team absences and leave.

 

  • Any other administrations duties to support the Commercial Services Manager.

  • Telephone Sales Experience.
  • Service based selling of contracts.
  • Ability to run reports and analyse data to use in a logical format.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated.
  • Excel competent to high level.
  • Good team player

 

And for those looking to impress 

  • Knowledge of technical and service-based companies
  • Familiar with ServiceMax/Sales Force CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in contract sales.
