We are looking for

Sales Manager Nordic, Education

As Sales Manager Nordic for Education your goal is to build our presence and increase sales in the market segment in the Nordic region - Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland; lead our salespeople and collaborate with the relevant support functions within ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions to deliver profitable growth.

We are looking for a senior person with lots of passion for sales, customer relations, making your people succeed and reach our goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationship with our key accounts in the Nordic region
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities
  • Drive profitable growth in the education market segment in the Nordic countries
  • Voice of the customer: contribute to the development of the product and service offering to meet customers' needs
  • Develop the Education;  sales and delivery team in the Nordic.
  • Assume P&L responsibility for the Education Business Unit

 

It is a matrix setup where Sales Manager Nordic for Education reports both to the GM for ASSA ABLOY Hospitality Nordic and to the Global Director for Education. The role is a member of the global management team for Education Solutions.

 

Our office is in Ski, Norway, and your presence there is important. The position will require extensive travelling within the Nordic countries as well as some international travel.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business or related field is required
  • Proven record of success in sales and sales management with adequate leadership experience for a minimum of (5) years
  • Relevant experience in electronic lock industry, software solutions or similar industries such as the B2B supplier of systems, products or services, preferably to the Education industry
  • Significant hands-on business experience in at least one Nordic country. Experience working for multinational company considered an advantage
  • Previous P&L responsibility is considered an advantage
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Nordic region, with some travel required internationally
  • Strong commercial and strategic understanding
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Advanced CRM user, ERP exposure a plus


Fluent in Norwegian and English.
