We are currently looking for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Product Owner. As the owner of our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform, you will be in key role to establish process automation center of excellence in ASSA ABLOY Group and you will intensively be working with both business stakeholders and IT to deliver and build a best-in-class automation experience. You will be working in a fast-paced international environment on a modern and well-designed automation product.

Our RPA team's mission is to help and support process experts in our business functions and operations to build end-to-end process automation solutions by the means of RPA and modern development models. In our RPA product offering we leverage emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS).

What you will be doing   

Your role is to lead setting up new agile development environment and model and to ensure that a product/solution is managed appropriately, a Product Owner provides a single point of accountability, necessary to achieve the required delivery whilst maintaining a business focus.

Your door will be open to discuss ideas for automation and you will be defining, communicating the roadmap and upcoming changes to internal stakeholders. You'll lead and maintain the key user/citizen developer network providing guidance on ways of working and promote knowledge sharing.

 

What we are looking for   

This senior role requires several years of experience from a similar role in a global environment. You must be able to balance a steady stream of incoming feature requests against ongoing development and keep all stakeholders informed about both tactical and strategic priorities.

You know everything about managing change using tools like Jira and ServiceNow in an enterprise context.

To be successful in the role, we believe you need a combination of technical expertise and stellar communication skills paired with a passion for service design. You see solutions where others see problems, and you have the ability to inspire and motivate your team to excel.

The role is based in Stockholm and you must be legally able to work in Sweden. You will be a part of the and report directly to the Service Area Manager for Application Management Services.
