Critical Infrastructure within ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is expanding and establishing a new business unit to Scandinavia. We are looking for a Technical Sales Support to provide sales and application solution support to our resellers, integration partners and end customers in Sweden but with time also in the region (Norway/Denmark). The role will be based in Sweden with hybrid working possibilities. Business travel in the region is required. 


What would you do as a Technical Sales Support

  • Actively develop specification sales opportunities through direct end-users, partners, integrators and consultants
  • Be the main contact point for projects specification sales in Sweden
  • Provide onsite and remote technical sales presentations and demonstrations of the Critical Infrastructure solutions regarding both hardware and software
  • Provide sales support and application consultation to resellers, integration partners and end customers
  • Keep all commercial opportunities, projects and customer information up to date in CRM
  • Engage with regional ASSA ABLOY group companies to develop regional networks and leads
  • Maintain relationship with resellers, partners and key accounts
  • Maintain and deliver both technical training to both resellers and end customers
  • Give input to management with the development of technical training and products
  • Assist with trade shows and other marketing activities


The skills and experience you need

  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related
  • Demonstrate successful experience in sales and consultation of specification sales projects
  • Ability to clearly communicate and present technical solutions
  • Long time working knowledge and relationships with regional security players
  • Strong experience in integration work and complex security projects
  • Experience in security solution system design and installations in general
  • Networking (TCP/IP) and IT service knowledge
  • Experience from access control and enterprise-level security systems is highly desirable
  • Experience with ASSA ABLOY access control solutions is highly desirable
  • Experience in software integrations (API and SDK) is desirable
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as part of a team
  • Experience administrating Windows based systems, web application servers (Apache+Tomcat) and MSSQL databases is highly desirable
  • Competent with MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Microsoft ERP systems is desirable
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken; Danish and Norwegian proficiency is desirable
