Digital Customer Engagement Manager



In this exciting role, you will support our business areas in attracting and engaging customers on our digital platforms. You will be our digital marketing tools' expert and play a key role in creating best practice in attracting and engaging customers online.


What will you do as our Digital Customer Engagement Manager?

  • Set the global standards for marketing automation, personalization, and segmentation
  • Work closely with our businesses to analyze and optimize our customer journeys and increase qualified leads
  • Analyze data, and implement marketing solutions to address the challenges faced by our customers
  • Leverage marketing automation to lead vertical marketing activities, proposing templates and automated journeys
  • Become an expert in understanding the customer needs, growth drivers, and data behind it
  • Develop a tracking and reporting system
  • Work closely with the Digital Platform Manager to ensure tool and content optimization


You will ideally be located in Stockholm reporting to the Global Director, E-Business and Digital Marketing.  


The skills and experience you need


The ideal applicant is working in the same or relevant industry today and is experienced in working in an international environment. You are highly skilled in understanding of business and marketing and capable to lead & manage many parallel projects.


You also have:

  • A university degree in digital marketing and 3+ years of work experience with digital marketing and marketing automation in a global corporation
  • Knowledge in Marketo, Magento, Adobe Experience Manager, CRM and analytic tools
  • Fluent spoken and written English

As a person you are social, driven, analytical and persistent as well as a good presenter and communicator. You have the capability to work with a cross functional global group of stakeholders to solve complex problems. And you can work independently.
