Job Responsibilities
  • Handle quotation, after sales order and invoicing and payment settling  
  • 見積り製作、発注と請求書等の製作  
  • Answer phone calls in respect of any internal or external clients' queries 
  • お客様からの電話対応とインターネット対応 
  • Perform data analysis to support sales projects 
  • 営業の販売ツールの作成と営業補助 
  • Assist with reporting - e.g. monthly reporting -  
  • 月末の売り上げレポートの作成補助 
  • Provide clerical and administrative supports to the sales team 
  • 営業部の事務処理のサポート 
Job Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above  
  • 大学卒業 
  • 2 years of relevant experience in customer services or logistics  
  • 2年以上の事務経験 
  • Good command of written and spoken Japanese, knowledge of English is advantageous 
  • 日本語・英語 
  • Detail-minded and a good team player; good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • チームプレーが得意で会話能力があること。 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint  
  • コンピュータオフィス(エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント)が使えること。
